Technology Plan
Development Program:
Every year a bank must develop
or update their technology plan. Every bank in the
technology resource group will receive a customized
technology plan and it will be updated on a yearly basis to
remain current.
The technology plan addresses
categories such as:
The bank has access to our
staff for telephone support regarding technology plan
questions.
HARPER MCNEIL,
INC...
will hold a meeting
twice a year for our technology resource group members.
These meetings will showcase the current and future products
that will impact their banks.
Members will also receive a
periodic newsletter with articles from the staff of Harper
McNeil, Inc. The newsletter will address issues that
are impacting the operations function of the banks.
